LFG!
✅ What You’ll Need
1. A MetaMask Wallet
To mint an NFT, you’ll need a crypto wallet that supports Ethereum. We recommend MetaMask — it’s free, secure, and works in your browser or mobile device.
- Download MetaMask from the official site or app store.
- Set up your wallet and safely store your seed phrase.
- Add the Ethereum mainnet to your wallet (this is usually set by default).
2. Some ETH (Ethereum)
You’ll need a small amount of ETH to pay for blockchain gas fees. These fees go to the network — we don’t charge anything to mint.
- You can buy ETH directly in MetaMask or transfer it from an exchange like Coinbase or Binance.
- For most NFT mints, $1–$5 worth of ETH should be enough, but prices can fluctuate.
3. Your Artwork
Upload an image that you want to mint. Make sure it’s original work you own the rights to.
Recommended file formats: .jpg
, .png
, .gif
, or .webp
Recommended size: Around 1000×1000 px — not too large (to keep loading fast), but still crisp. Most NFTs are under 1MB in size.
Tips:
- Avoid huge high-res files (they’ll take longer to upload and pin).
- Make sure your artwork looks good as a square thumbnail.
4. Title and Description
You’ll enter these just before minting:
- Give your NFT a name (e.g., Electric Bloom #1)
- Add a short description so collectors know what it’s about
🪄 Now You’re Ready to Mint
Once you have all of the above ready, head over to the minting tool and follow these steps:
- Connect your MetaMask wallet
- Upload your image
- Enter title and description
- Choose 1-of-1 or Collection
- Click Mint and confirm the transaction
Your NFT will be pinned to IPFS and automatically delivered to your wallet.
